LIVE WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Workout from home

Due to the Coronavirus, you can now workout from the safety of your home. You can join a live online class led by a CrossFit coach (schedule below) or follow our daily program at your convenience. We post a video demonstration every day to help guide you through the workout. 

We have three versions of the workouts available everyday. Option A, B and C. Option A and B is based on the equipment that you have available to you and not necessarily on the level of fitness you have. Option C is the body weight version which requires no equipment.
