What is CrossFit and how does it differ from other programs?

CrossFit is a high-intensity workout regimen that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements. It emphasizes varied, constantly changing workouts to build overall fitness. Unlike traditional gym routines, CrossFit focuses on constantly challenging your body with different exercises.

Do I need to have prior experience to work with a trainer or start CrossFit?

No prior fitness experience is required. CrossFit workouts can be scaled to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Coaches will help modify exercises to fit your individual needs and abilities.

How does the membership work?

Depending on your plan, you can choose between Personal Training or CrossFit Training. Your commitment options include a monthly membership or a session-based membership. Monthly memberships automatically renew each month unless canceled with 30 days' notice. Session memberships are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

How often should I train to see results?

For optimal results, aim to attend CrossFit classes 3 to 5 times a week. Consistency, combined with proper nutrition and rest, will help you achieve your fitness goals.

What amenities does your facility provide?

Our facility is equipped with modern fitness equipment and dedicated spaces for personal training and group classes. We also offer a shower, water station, and a lounge area to socialize after workouts. Our priority is to create an environment that supports your fitness journey holistically.

RADD CrossFit was founded by Rob, Dan, and Diana, who began training clients in their parents' backyard. Their passion turned this humble start into a thriving fitness community in Glen Cove, NY. RADD CrossFit is dedicated to helping members reach their health and fitness goals with personalized training and innovative programs.

6:00 am Monday-Friday

7:15 am Monday-Saturday

8:30 am Monday-Sunday

5:30 pm Monday-Friday
