Our Story
Founded in 2012 by Rob, Dan, and Diana, RADD Fitness, Nutrition & Recovery began as a small backyard gym and has since grown into Glen Cove’s leading destination for personal training, group fitness, nutrition coaching, and recovery services.
We specialize in working with individuals who have seen some success in their health journey but feel stuck or unsure of their next step. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, injury prevention, or long-term health, we’re here to guide you with personalized support and expert coaching.
Unlike typical CrossFit gyms, our group training is structured around a foundational strength program with a linear progression, helping members build functional strength for real life—not just competition. We pair that with targeted accessory work and smart conditioning workouts designed to minimize injury and maximize performance.
Our personal training programs are tailored for those ready to invest in themselves and want a customized 1-on-1 approach. Our nutrition memberships include monthly or quarterly check-ins, body composition tracking, goal setting, and meal planning—all with the accountability needed to see real results. And our recovery services—including stretching, cupping, and compression—help you stay pain-free and moving well.
At RADD, it’s not about going harder—it’s about training smarter for long-term health, performance, and confidence. With over 1,000 lives impacted since 2012, we’ve built a supportive, tight-knit community that prioritizes progress and purpose.
