We began our journey by offering group fitness classes in our parent’s backyard in 2011. Since then, we have made it our mission to offer a fitness solution to meet everyone’s needs.
In the fall of 2012, we opened RADD CrossFit in Glen Cove. We built a strong community through CrossFit Group classes. To make the barrier to entry more inviting to people we started to offer more fitness solutions to our members and newcomers. In the fall of 2017, we moved to a 4,000-square foot facility on Glen Head Road to help us reach our goals for our community.
Now, due to to COVID-19 We have closed our doors until further notice. You can find our community ONLINE. We continue to help our members achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals through Online Coaching, Programming, Accountability, Nutrition, and much more.

7 FREE Body Weight Workouts you can complete at home
You can now workout from the safety of your home. Join a live online class led by a CrossFit coach or follow our daily program at your convenience. We post a video demonstration every day to help guide you through the workout.
We have three versions of the workouts available everyday. Option A and B is based on the equipment that you have available to you and not necessarily on the level of fitness you have. Option C is the body weight version which requires no equipment.
