Programs available with your RADD membership:
 
We have three versions of the workouts available everyday. Option A, B and C. Option A and B is based on the equipment that you have available to you and not necessarily on the level of fitness you have. Option C is the body weight version which requires no equipment.
 
Option A – CrossFit: If you have a fully decked out home gym, access to a gym, or you have access to a lot of gym equipment you’re going to want to follow this workout program.
 
Option B – Minimal Equipment: If you have a pair of dumbbells, jump rope, kettlebells, and/or  simple basic equipment available to you at home or at a gym you’re going to want to follow this program.
 
Option C – Body Weight: This program requires no equipment. It’s a simple version for anyone who is new to this type of training, recovering from illness, injury, someone who is pregnant, postpartum mothers, seniors or even kids can try this workout program. All you need is your body, a yoga mat, and some space to workout.
 
Accessory Programming: Currently we have a Beginner CrossFit, Home Workout, Vacation Workouts, Strength, and Core Programs available online. As we add more programs access will become available to you as a part of the membership. 
 
You’ll find a video demonstration and a full written description for Options A, B, and C daily. You’re also not tied to them every day. You can make it work for what you have available that day. If you’re on vacation, in a hotel or you don’t have access to the equipment for that day choose option C. If the next day you have more equipment follow option B if you have all the equipment available follow option A.
 
All workouts work hand in hand with each other they follow the same flow and format. As always if you have questions just get in touch with us and book a call. We’ll be happy to help.

Personal Training

In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find time for regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. RADD offers 30-minute or 1-hour personal training sessions that will help you achieve your ideal body.
