Leave Your Ego at the Door: You Don’t Need to Be “In Shape” to Start CrossFit at RADD

One of the biggest barriers that keeps people from trying CrossFit isn’t the workouts—it’s ego.

We hear it all the time:
“I need to get in shape before I come in.”
“I’ll slow everyone down.”
“I’m not ready for those kinds of workouts.”

That voice in your head? That’s your ego talking. And the truth is, it’s just trying to protect you.


Your Ego Isn’t the Enemy—But It’s in the Way

Your ego wants to keep you safe. It’s afraid of failure, afraid of being seen as “less than,” afraid of change. And that’s okay—change is uncomfortable.

RADD CrossFit is dedicated to helping members reach their health and fitness goals with personalized training and innovative programs.
