Programming Updates
Strength Cycle: We are implementing an 8-12 week strength cycle with the squat, bench, and deadlift. This strength cycle will lead to a lifting event that will take place this summer. Stay tuned!
Benchmarks: Linda and Barbara
Murph: We are preparing for Memorial Day “Murph” with workouts that have running, pull-ups, push-ups, and squats!
This has become my happy place! The coaches have gotten me into the best shape of my life with exercise and nutrition coaching. It is a fun, supportive community of amazing people!
