At RADD Fitness, we’re not your typical CrossFit gym. Our group classes are built around a foundational strength program with a clear, linear progression—designed to improve your health, longevity, and performance over time.
We combine intentional conditioning workouts with CrossFit-style intensity, while prioritizing safety and proper movement. Each class also includes targeted accessory work using isolated and bilateral movements to support strength, balance, and injury prevention.

ABOUT US
RADD Fitness, Nutrition, & Recovery was founded by Rob, Dan, and Diana, who began training clients in their parents' backyard. Their passion turned this humble start into a thriving fitness community in Glen Cove, NY. RADD CrossFit is dedicated to helping members reach their health and fitness goals with personalized training and innovative programs.
