But here’s the truth: if you’re not recovering, you’re not truly improving.
That’s why we created our Monthly Recovery Class—a powerful experience that combines stretching, guided meditation, breath-work, and cold plunge therapy to help your body and mind reset.

🧘♂️ What to Expect
1. Stretching & Mobility (20 minutes)
We start by opening the body with targeted stretches and breath-based movement. This helps reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and begin calming the nervous system.
2. Guided Meditation & Breath-work (25 minutes)
Once your body is relaxed, we guide you through meditation and focused breathing designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system—the “rest and recover” mode. You’ll leave feeling centered, calm, and recharged.
3. Cold Plunge (optional but powerful)
This is where the magic happens. Cold water activates your “fight or flight” response—but with your breath as your anchor, you’ll learn how to stay calm and in control. This trains your nervous system to respond, not react—a skill that benefits you in every part of life.
