The burpee is not fun. We all know that. Why do we dislike the burpee so much? It may be that it seems like such a simple movement, but your body has to go through a lot of things just to complete one rep. So imagine having to do 100 reps. Not fun!

Warm Up: 3 Rounds…

8 burpees to a target
12 Dumbell Snatch (6 each arm)
16 Calories (your choice)

Strength: 5 X 5

Bench Press

WOD: 4 or 5 Rounds…

2 Minute AMRAP…

12 Burpees
