10 air squat

WOD: Death By Front Squat

Perform 1 front squat on the first minute, 2 front squats on the second minute, 3 front squats on the third minute, etc…

The workout ends when you cannot complete the designated number of reps for that minute. Example: You complete 9 reps in the 12th minute.
