Today’s workout is our first RADD Benchmark! A benchmark workout is a workout that will repeat. The goal is to complete it today and when it comes up in the future you should aim to beat your time or improve on your standards. Our RADD Benchmark will be completed at today’s in-house competition, RADD’s Finest. If you have a chance today go check it out at our CrossFit location on 65 Sea Cliff Ave. The workout will be named after the person who wins this event!
