5 DB or KB Rows
10 DB or KB Push Jerks
15 DB or KB Deadlifts
20 Burpees
25 Single Unders

C) Bodyweight
20 minute AMRAP
15 Push Ups
15 Toe Touches
20 Burpees
25 Jumping Jacks

Look to go unbroken for the pull ups. Complete each barbell movement in 1 or 2 sets. Move consistently through the Burpees. Find a standard for the double unders that you can complete in under 30 seconds.
