For the odd object carry use one sandbag or one heavy medicine ball 30/20. You may alternate between sandbag and med ball so that everyone gets a chance to use the sandbag. Both are considered RX for today’s MC. 100 meters will be down the parking lot and back. Choose weight for the SDLHP and DBSN that will allow you to move quickly through each set of 20 reps. Scale the reps of the toes to bar or do knees to elbow or straight leg kipping swings.
