immediately followed by

30 minute cap. Partner one starts on the run. When partner one returns partner two does 10 deadlifts. When partner two completes the deadlifts then partner one does 10 Handstand Push Ups (1 round). When partner one completes the 10 handstand push ups partner two starts the run in round two.
