Use the same weight as last week or add 5-10 pounds if your form is solid

Barbell Row (3X10)

Use minimal hip and knee movement to lift the weight for all reps


Metcon (Time)

Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds

Use the minute of rest to catch your breath

Scale Double Unders to 60 Singles

Scale the weight of the Power Cleans to remain unbroken (touch and go) for most rounds
