We can accommodate 3 people at a time for the Open workout 16.1. We will still run Group Classes for non competitors at 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 & 10:30 AM. Be ready to workout outside!

Weightlifting is canceled today, but we will still have CrossFit Kids class!

We will be running 13 heats today; Saturday, February 26th for CrossFit Open workout 16.1. Each heat will be 25 minutes apart and your heat will begin 5 minutes after your reservation time. Please be on time! If you are not on time you will lose your reservation.

Open Competitors
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

Only one partner can work at a time. You must complete the run before moving to the wall balls then complete the wall balls before moving to the kettlelbell swings.
