20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75/55
10 Handstand Push Ups
20 Overhead Squats 75/55
10 Pull Ups

B) Minimal Equipment
20 minute AMRAP
20 DB or KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
10 DB or KB Push Press
20 DB or KB Overhead Squats
10 DB or KB Rows

C) Bodyweight
20 minute AMRAP
20 Sumo Jump Shrugs
10 Push Ups
20 Air Squats
10 Push Ups

The barbell should be light enough to complete in 1 or 2 sets. Break up each gymnastic movements into 2 sets if needed. Complete from squats if going overhead puts you in a bad position.
