50 Dumbbell Snatches 50/35
100 Burpees

B) Minimal Equipment
25 minute AMRAP with a partner
100 Sit Ups
50 DB or KB Snatches
100 Burpees

C) Bodyweight
25 minute AMRAP with a partner
100 Sit Ups
100 Vertical Jumps to a 6 foot target
100 Burpees

Break up the reps so that you are able to continuously move throughout. The DB should be challenging but able to complete 10-15 reps unbroken.
