C) Bodyweight
Complete two rounds for time with a partner
200 Toe Touches
160 Vertical Jump
200 Air Squats
160 Push Ups

Only one partner working at a time. Reps must be spilt evenly between partners. Break up the reps as you see fit. Choose a weight that is challenging but are able to complete 10 unbroken reps consistently for the deadlift, kettlebell swing, front squat and push jerk.
