Our Personal Training Program is an individualized program focused on helping people take control of their fitness through exercise, good nutrition habits, and mindset coaching.
It is for anyone that have struggled to keep their health and fitness a priority, but know how important exercise is to staying mentally and physically fit.
Our programs are offered as session packages. As a standalone program we recommend 3-4 classes per week in the beginning and 5 or 6 classes per week as you become more consistent. Your coach will also hold you accountable to your fitness and nutrition plan. The Accountability aspect is intended to ensure you get the most our of your fitness, nutrition, & overall health!
