I’ve always been interested in fitness but it wasn’t until I needed it (my health was at risk) that I decided to put my words into action. CrossFit helped me not only get in shape, but it changed my life. Some people go through life saying, “I can’t” and I hate that. When I’m presented with challenges I always ask, “What would it take to make this possible?” My goal is to help others do the same.
My Mission in life is to be the best version of myself that I can possibly be so I can bring out the best in others. I’ve been faced with many challenges and successes in my pursuit of excellence. I wish to share the possibility with anyone who is willing because my goal is to create a ripple effect of positive change so we can all do better things with the gift of life.
I wasn’t an athlete growing up. CrossFit was my first real experience inside of a gym that wasn’t cardio or a Boot Camp class. When I learned to move my body properly and lift weights I not only got amazing results, but I felt EMPOWERED by what I was able to do. I love making beginners feel welcome and at ease about their fears of CrossFit. As a coach, it’s my job to motivate and bring out more than they ever thought possible for themselves. It will be hard at first but in the end, it’ll be worth it!
My dream was to be a professional baseball player. After facing many challenges I finally achieved my goal. My passion for coaching grew as I left baseball and CrossFit was the perfect fit for me to guide athletes to chase their dreams. I hope to be a leader and a positive example for all athletes.
