We have three versions of the workouts available everyday. Option A, B and C. Option A and B is based on the equipment that you have available to you and not necessarily on the level of fitness you have. Option C is the body weight version which requires no equipment.
CrossFit: Do you have all the equipment needed for traditional CrossFit? Our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout.
Minimal Equipment: Working our with minimal equipment? Grab a pair of dumbbells, jump rope, a mat, and get ready for our Minimal Equipment Home Workout.
Body Weight: No equipment necessary. Just find some space and get ready to sweat!
