Nutrition and Fitness Challenge


  1. 8 Week Challenge – 1/16 – 3/12
  2. Attend Initial Meeting on ZOOM Sunday, January 15th at 8 AM
  3. Attend at least 4 weekly Accountability Meetings (6PM every Monday during the challenge)
  4. Workout 3-5 times per week & log workouts on SugarWOD
  5. Log/record nutrition daily (Accountability App, MyFitnessPal, Handwritten, Pictures, etc.)
  6. Submit Progress Photos (Before and After) in the Accountability App

Programming Monthly Focus


  • January’s focus dives into the CrossFit Games Open.
  • One Open retest per week, including Workouts 11.4, 17.5, 18.2, and 18.1.
  • Pre- and post-workout work focuses on the top 10 most programmed Open movements.
  • Top 10 Most Programmed Open Movements: burpee, toes-to-bar, double-under, thrusters, pull-ups, wall-ball shots, deadlifts, snatches, muscle-ups, rowing.
