Change is not easy

Here are a few of your questions answered.

How am I going to be affected by this change?

There are a few major benefits to the changes taking place. 

  1. Smaller class sizes
  2. More attention from your coach
  3. Expectations – your commitment to show up 3 times per week will increase the likelihood that you will not skip a class
  4. Investment – New Equipment, new coaches, new training programs, the return of Boot Camp, and more

We will always work to continue to increase the value we provide to your membership

Is there flexibility with the changes?

We surveyed the attendance. The majority of members attend 3 times per week on average. There is small percentage of members who attend more than 3 times per week. 

If you’d like to adjust your membership now we understand that may change for you in the future. 

We are understanding and will always work with you to determine the best option. Please schedule some time to discuss your plan one on one so we can find what is right for you.

What do I have to do?

The short answer is nothing!

  • We will adjust the billing cycle for your current membership to be effective as of April 1, 2022
  • The frequency change is for all new members entering our program
  • If you’d like to switch from an Unlimited membership to a 3 times per week membership you will need to contact us
