Membership Policies & Safety Guidelines

Our goal at RADD is to help you become the best version of yourself. We always do our best to ensure that everyone’s individual needs are met.

We fully understand the challenge that comes with accommodating everyone’s needs. RADD is a GROUP CLASS training & nutrition program that is ALL INCLUSIVE. That means the GROUP is the COMMUNITY and the COMMUNITY welcomes the opportunity for everyone to participate, feel welcome, and get the best results possible.

What is important to understand is that our RADD COMMUNITY starts with YOU. How you receive the support of the community will depend on how you support yourself toward accomplishing your goals.

By implementing our policies you are being asked to make your health a priority. This means planning, scheduling, and showing up for yourself. Our coaches are here to guide you, but what is important is a willingness to be guided.

We appreciate and value the opportunity to guide you in your journey. We thank you for understanding and helping us reach every single person in our community.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

  1. Open Gym: Open Gym at RADD is available to you anytime the Training Station is open and there are no group classes. This is a value add for you as a RADD member. Please make sure you check in to Open Gym. We will use attendance when making decisions to open new classes. If you would like access to the Training Station gym that is a separate membership with the Training Station. Please contact them for more information: http://trainingstationli.com/
  2. Open Gym During Group Classes: Open Gym during group class is defined as a workout you wish to complete that does not follow the flow of the Group Class (ie: You’re planning to do your own workout without the need of assistance from a coach). As the classes fill up this option will not be available. For now we will monitor this. You may complete an Open Gym workout during a group class if:
    1. There is space available in the class and no one is on the Waitlist an hour prior to class start time. **You may not register in advance for Open Gym during a class time as this takes a spot away from another member.
    2. It does not interfere with the Group Class
    3. You can micromanage your own workout without the guidance of a coach
    4. The equipment is available
    5. You understand that the Group Class has the “right of way.”
  3. Class Reservations: A reservation is required to attend all group & virtual classes. Please do not attend if you do not have a reservation. Our attendance limit is 15 people for all classes. A Reservation is Needed for all classes. If a member is attending classes without a reservation excessively, we will charge a $10 fee for each class that is not reserved. Reservations open one week prior to the specific group class start time. Reservations close 60 minutes prior to class start time. Please do not text or email us to ask us to allow you in the class.
  4. Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation one hour prior to class start time. Canceling less than one hour prior to class start time will result in a $10 late fee. PLEASE NOTE – LATE CANCELLATIONS FOR THE 6 AM AND WEEKEND CLASSES START AT 8PM THE NIGHT PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME. Please understand that if you are cancelling last minute you are taking a spot away from another member. In the event of an emergency please email info@raddcrossfitnsli.com
  5. No Show: If you are a “No Show” for your reserved class there is a $15 fee. In the event of an emergency please email info@raddcrossfitnsli.com
  6. Late: Please be on time to class. Anyone arriving 10 minutes or later will be asked to attend the next class. If you are more than 10 minutes late for class there is a $15 no-show fee. In the event of an emergency please email info@raddcrossfitnsli.com
  7. Waitlist: If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up you will be emailed in order to confirm your attendance. You will have 30 minutes to confirm your reservation. After that the next person will be emailed. You are NOT automatically enrolled in the class if you are on the waitlist.
  8. Group Class Etiquette: When attending the group class please allow the coach to coach. Please be present for the class and follow the general flow of the class. When the coach demonstrates and suggests a modification, remember that it is for your safety. We understand you’re excited to see your friends and may already know what the workout is, but when the coach is demonstrating please be respectful and put your conversations on hold. You might need the review and other members need the instruction.
  9.  Cleaning & Equipment: Please use the spray bottles provided by the Training Station to clean your equipment before and after each use.
